Ordering from lilylimes

How do I track my order?

If you create an account at lilylimes.com before checking out, your account has an ‘Order History’ page where you can review and track all of your orders. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you will be able to track your order with the link provided in the email.

Where can I find my order status?

The status of your order is easy:
If you created an account at lilylimes.com before checking out, you can log and and access your ‘Order History’ page.
Check your email. You will receive emails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.

Where can I ship my purchase?

Currently we ship to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico.

What are your shipping & handling rates?

Our rates vary by shipping method, shipping destination and merchandise weight. You will see these charges before you complete checkout.

What shipping methods do you offer?
At this time we are shipping all orders by USPS. You can choose the service level at checkout.

Gift Card only orders will be mailed by US Mail First Class, at no charge.

Orders shipped after 3:00 PM EDT/EST will ship the next day.

 

What are my payment options?

Web orders: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Gift Cards and Paypal. PayPal may only be used for online purchases.
Store Purchases: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Gift Cards and cash.

Can I return or exchange my merchandise?

We will gladly accept returns at any of our stores within 45 days of the original purchase date. When you have an original sales receipt/invoice, refunds will be provided in the manner in which the original purchase was made, except where the original purchase was made online using PayPal. Merchandise purchased using PayPal and returned to stores with the invoice will be issued a merchandise credit certificate for the purchase price. Without an original sales receipt/invoice, we will extend a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the returned merchandise.

We will accept returns by mail if you contact us in advance for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Mail returns will only be accepted within 60 days of purchase, if the item is in new and unworn condition and original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The return address will be provided when the RMA# is issued.

Gift Cards

General Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  • Gift cards can be ordered online or purchased in-store.
  • Pink Gift cards can be redeemed online or in-store. If you have a Green Gift Card, if may only be redeemed in-store.
  • lilylimes gift cards never expire and have no fees.
  • Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise, services (such as embroidery), tax and shipping only. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
  • There is no sales tax charged when purchasing a new gift card.
  • If lost, stolen or damaged, gift cards can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. Replacement value will be the unused value of the card at the time the loss or theft is reported.
  • Gift cards purchased online without merchandise will be sent First Class US Mail for free.
  • Check your Pink Gift Card Balance on-line here: StoreCard. If you have a Green Gift Card, please contact the store.
